Born in Palermo on July 20, 1974.

She made her debut as a costume designer and collaborator for the sets of the show La speranza dei giovani è la luce di Palermo went on stage at the Teatro Biondo in Palermo in 1993, before debuting as a set designer Hans Werner Henze’s opera Pollicino produced by the Teatro Massimo in Palermo in 1996 and as a costume and set designer in the same year at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo with the show Le Petit Music Show, and then to return the following year, in 1997, as costume designer for the recovery of the same Pollicino. That same year she carried out in Palermo costumes for the 373° Festino di Santa Rosalia directed by Valerio Festi and Monica Maimone. Hence, after making her debut on the main stage of their city, she began working as a costume designer, speaking through an aesthetic language extremely sophisticated yet imaginative, revealing a knack for historical costume, but also a surprising versatility in collaboration for cinema (Il manoscritto del principe, directed by Roberto Andò, 1999, “Angela”, directed by Roberta Torre, 2001 Il Consiglio d’Egitto, directed by Emilio Greco, 2001; South Side Story, directed by Roberta Torre, 1999).
She also created costumes for the videos of leading Italian popular music artists directed by cinema directors Manetti Bros.
Since 2003 the meeting with the director and set designer Enrico Castiglione has created an artistic extremely intense partnership, creating the costumes for the opera Candide by Leonard Bernstein staged at the Teatro Argentina in Rome in 2003 (new production), Le Villi and Edgar Giacomo Puccini (new production 2004).
The theater staged at the Teatro Quirino in Rome (2006) on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, all the operas staged at the Teatro Antico in Taormina: Medea by Luigi Cherubini (new production 2007), Tosca by Giacomo Puccini (new production 2008), Giuseppe Verdi’s Aida (new production 2009), Turandot by Giacomo Puccini (new production 2010), Nabucco by Giuseppe Verdi (new production 2011), Norma by Vincenzo Bellini (new production 2012), Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi ( new production 2013), Tosca (new production 2014) Aida (new production 2014) , Carmen by Georges Bizet (new production 2015) Madama Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini (new production 2016) e Boheme by giacomo Puccini (new production 2017) Il Barbiere di Siviglia di Gioacchino Rossini e Don Giovanni di W.Amadeus Mozart (new production 2016, the latter two live broadcast by RAI *(Italian main television channel), live in movie theaters around the world besides channels and major international television networks.
Besides to the works realized made for the summer season of Taormina in her tailoring in Rome, she created costumes also to nationals and internationals theaters working in Spain, Brasil, France, Malta, Turchey , Cina.
